It is easy to anticipate the socialist rhetorical jujitsu to this: they will accuse anti-socialists of being fascists, while sanctimoniously declaring themselves morally superior anti-fascists in solidarity with the oppressed working class.

The paragraph claiming the PRO Act is about "forcing everyone to be employees in unions" in order to "create a general strike and shut down business nationwide" is simply not accurate. The bill does change classification rules and union organizing procedures, but it does not require workers to join unions or automatically unionize independent contractors. It's fair to criticize the PRO Act, but it should be criticized for what it actually does.
